Account Setting
  • Click on the “Account” option to make essential changes to your brand’s app.
  • Here you explore different options such as “Profile”, “History”, “Categories”, “Specification Group”, “Earnings”, “Payments”, “Payment Gateways”, “Settings”, “Sub-Stores”, “Create Order”, “Instant Order”, “Review”, “Promo”, “User”, “Delivery Boy”, “Notification”, “Help”, and “Logout”.
  • You can also set your brand’s language right away from here; you can choose any of the languages from the available list.
  • You can switch between “On” and “Off” options for “Push Sound” as per the brand’s need.

 

Make Changes to Your Profile
  • Click on “Account”—> Profile to make changes to your brand’s profile.
  • Once you click on the “Profile option,” you can view various details like your profile image, name, change password, email, and mobile number with which you have registered to the store app.
  • Click on the “Edit” option available on the app’s top right corner to make the needed change to your profile.
  • Once you click on the “Edit,” option you can change your profile image and other details as per your convenience.
  • Once after finishing up with all edits, click on the “Save” button available on your brands’ app top right corner.
  • When you tap on the “Save” button, your brands’ app will ask you to verify your account.
  • You need to enter your existing password to save all the changes which you made to the system. After entering the password, click on the “Ok” button to save all the change, else click on the “Cancel” button to continue with the changes process.

 

View History
  • Click on “Account”—> History to explore complete order history on your brands’ app.
  • You can filter the data to view history from particular dates or can choose to view complete history right away.

 

Filter History
  • If you want to view history between two particular dates, then you are allowed to view it.
  • Click on three dots, which you can view on the top right side of the screen.
  • Once you click on three dots, you can view options from and to.
  • Here enter the starting and ending date to view the history between those particular dates.
  • Choose “From” and “To” date from the in-built calendar of the app. After setting up the date, click on the “Apply” button to view the records accordingly.
  • Else click on the “Reset” option to make necessary changes again from the platform.
  • But if you don’t want to filter the data and want to view complete history, click on the “x” option.

 

View Order Details
  • After filtering the data, you can view complete order details along with its order number, invoice, and cart details as well.
  • Click on any of the orders to view complete details right away.
  • You can view the order details by merely tapping on the “Order Details” option; you can view item details like created and delivered order date, give a rating, order delivery, and receiver names.
  • You can also check the invoice details of a particular order, then click on the “Invoice” option available on the top right corner; you can view details like time, distance, payment mode, item information, and other earning details.
  • If you want to check the cart details, then you can also check the same by a simple click on the “Cart” option available on the top menu.

 

View Complete History
  • If you don’t want to filter history and want to view complete history, you can easily see it completely hassle-free.
  • You can view orders according to the current day, the previous day, or the different dates. You can also view which order was canceled and on what date it was canceled.

 

Check Complete Order Details
  • You can view each order details easily, that also completely hassle-free.
  • Click on particular order to view complete details related to it.
  • Tap on the “Order Details” option to view complete item details like created and delivered order date, order delivery, and receiver names. You can also give a rating and write your thoughts as a comment through your brands’ app.
  • Once after writing the comment and rating, click on the “Submit” button.
  • You can also check the invoice details of a particular order, then click on the “Invoice” option available on the top right corner; you can view details like time, distance, payment mode, item information, and other earning details.
  • If you want to check the cart details, then you can check the same by a simple click on the “Cart” option available on the top menu.

 

Categories
  • If you want to add, update, or delete a category and subcategory, then you can do it right away from your brands’ app.
  • Click on “Account”—> category to make changes to it as per your brand’s need.
  • Here you can add, update, or delete categories and subcategories as per your brand’s need.

 

Add Category
  • If you want to add any new category, click on the “+” icon available on the screen’s bottom right corner.
  • Here you can enter category type, sequence number and choose subcategory for the item as well.
  • Once after filling up all the details, click on the “Save” button available on the screen’s top bottom side.
  • You can view your added category in the “Category” option right away to make sure it has been entered successfully.

 

Delete Category
  • You can delete any of the categories as per your requirement right away from your brand’s app.
  • Click on the “Delete” option available on the top right corner of the screen.
  • When you click on the “Delete” option, you will see the “x” symbol in front of every category you have created on your brands’ app.
  • Once you click on the “x” option to delete the category from the list.

 

Update Category
  • If you want to update any category, you can do it directly from your brand’s app.
  • Click on any of the categories which you want to update. Once you click on it, you can quickly enter details such as category title and sequence number.
  • You can even make changes to the subcategory by selecting or deselecting the checkbox near it.
  • Once after finishing up with the selection and entry process, click on the “Save” button to save all the changes made.
  • You can view the changes made right away by tapping on the category you made changes to.

 

Specification Group
  • Click on “Account”—–> Specification group to add, update, or delete any specification as per your brand’s requirement.
  • Click on the “+” icon to add, update, and delete the specification group of your choice.
  • Here click on “+Add” to add the Specification group; click on the right icon available on the bottom right corner to complete the process.
  • Click on the “x” option visible near the specification group to remove the specification group of your choice from the list.
  • Click on the specification group which you have created to add “Sequence Number,” “Specification Price,” and “Specification Identification.”
  • After filling up all the essential information, click on the “Save” option to save changes made; else, you can click on the “Cancel” option to discard all the changes.
  • You can even update the previously created “Specification Group,” click on specification and “Specification Name” to make a needed change to it.

 

Earnings
  • You can check you’re earning details as per your convenience right from the platform itself.
  • Click on “Account” ——> Earnings
  • You can check to earn details for a particular day or the whole week.

 

Day Earning Details
  • You can check your brand’s whole day earning details to know what profit you have made.
  • Click on the day earning to explore the whole day report completely hassle-free.
  • You can view the order earnings along with information such as item price, tax price, order price, and store profit.
  • You can also have a quick glance at other details such as total order, total item sold, accepted order, accepted ratio, rejected orders, completed order, completed ratio, canceled order, and cancellation ratio.
  • You can see complete order details according to date as per your convenience.
  • You can check details such as order number, order price, tax, delivery fees, total, promo, cash, and card details.

 

Week Earning Details
  • You can view complete week details to have a quick look over your week’s earning.
  • Click on “Earnings” ——> Week to have a quick look at your brand’s week earning.
  • You can view your earning details in the graphical representation or explore other order earning details such as item price, tax price, order price, and store profit.
  • You can also have a quick look over other details such as total order, total item sold, accepted order, accepted ratio, rejected order, rejected ratio, completed order, completion ratio, canceled order, and cancellation ratio.

 

Payments
  • Click on Account—-> Payments to view and add card details which you can use for the subscription
  • Here you can view your previously added card details and can also add a new card to make the payments.
  • You can decide which added card you want to use by simply tapping on it.
  • Just simply tap on the card you want to use, you can view the “Green” sign in front of the card, which will be used to make further payments.
  • But if you want to add a new card for your bands’ app, click on “+ Add New Card” to add the new card to your brand’s app.
  • Once you click on the option, you need to enter essential details to add your card details to your brands’ app.
  • You need to enter details such as “cardholder name,” “Card number,” “Expiry Date,” and “CVC.”
  • Once after filling up all essential details on the platform, click on the “Submit” button to add the card successfully to the platform. But if you don’t want to save changes made, click on the “Cancel” button to discard all the changes made right away from the platform.

 

Payment Gateways
  • Click on “Account”—> Payment Gateways to set gateways of your choice from the available options for your brand.
  • You can decide which payment gateways you will use for your brands’ monetary functions.
  • You can switch between the “On” and “Off” option to allow or disallow users to make use of payment gateways such as “Stripe,” “Braintree,” and “Paypal.”
  • For example: if you want to allow users to make payment only through “Stripe,” then you can switch to the “On” option for the same and can turn the rest other options to “Off” mode.
  • Similarly, if you want to allow users to make use of “Braintree” and “Paypal,” then you can switch it to “On” mode.

 

Settings
  • Click on “Account”—-> Settings to make essential settings to your brands’ account
  • Here you can view as well as make changes to “Address,” “Slogan,” “Your Brands Website,” “Tax on Order bill (%),” “Minimum Order Price,” “Delivery Time (min),” “Delivery Time (Max),” “Price Rating,” and “Scheduled order created after a minute.”
  • If you want to change to any of the settings, click on the “Edit” option available on the app’s top right corner.
  • You can also decide to switch between “On” and “Off” options such as “Busy in delivering other orders?”, “Provide pickup delivery,” “Use item tax?”, “Are you paying delivery fees?” “order cancellation charge” and “Taking schedule order.”
  • You can also make changes to “Operating store time,” “Delivery store time,” and “Select language” as well.

 

Edit Operating Store Time
  • Click on “Account” —-> Settings —-> “Edit” button on the top right corner of the store app
  • Once you tap on the “Edit” button, you can make a change to store operating time.
  • Click on “Operating Store Time”
  • You can make changes as per the day of your choice; for example, if you want to make a change to “Wednesday,” then click on the “Wed” option from the day list available on your brands’ app.
  • If you operate for the whole day and night, then you can switch to the “On” option for “Store open for 24 hrs”, else you can switch to “Off” mode and set the timing as per your choice.
  • You can also switch between the “On” or “Off” option for “Store open.” If your store is open, switch to the “On” option; else, switch to the “Off” option.
  • And if you want to add opening and closing time for your store, add “Open Time” and “Closed Time,” during which your brand is operational.
  • After adding “Open Time” and “Closed Time,” click on the “Add Time” option available on the top bottom side of your brand’s app.
  • You can add multiple opening and closing time as per your brand’s need right through your brands’ app itself.
  • Once after finishing up with the setting process, click on the “Save” button available on your brands’ app top right corner.
  • Once you tap on the “Save” button, you will be asked to verify the account, enter your current password to verify your account for security purposes.
  • Once you enter your current password and click on the “Ok” button, you can see the pop-up message of “updated successfully.”
  • But if you want to discard changes, then click on the “Cancel” button.

 

Edit Delivery Store Time
  • Click on “Account” —-> “Settings” —-> Here, you will see the “Edit” button on the top corner; click right away on it.
  • Click on “Delivery Store Time” to make changes to it right away from your brands’ app.
  • You can set delivery time as per the particular day of your choice. For example, if you want to set the delivery time for Sunday, then click on the “Sun” option available in the day list.
  • Now tap on the “Edit” option available on the top right corner of the screen.
  • Switch between the “On” and “Off” option for “Store allow delivery on this day.” You can set the time during which you are allowing delivery to shoppers.
  • Click on “Edit” and set “Open Time” & “Close Time” during which you are offering them with the delivery service.
  • Once after making all the changes click on the “Save” button to save all the changes you make to your brands’ app.
  • You will be asked to verify your brand’s account to save all changes, enter your current password, and tap on the “Ok” button to save changes.
  • Once you click on the “Ok” button, you will come across a pop-up menu representing “Updated successfully.”
  • If you want to discard every change, then click on the “Cancel” button right away.

 

Select Language
  • Click on “Account”—-> “Settings”—-> “Edit”
  • Scroll down your screen; here, you can see different options along with the “Select Language” option.
  • Tap on “Select Language” to change the language of your brands’ app.
  • Here choose the language of your choice to apply to your brand’s app.
  • Now tap on the “Save” button to save the changes you made to your brands’ app. Enter your current password to verify it’s your account, and click on the “Ok” button.
  • Once you click on the “Ok” button, all the changes will be saved, and a pop-up message of “Updated successfully” will appear on your screen.

 

Sub Store
  • You can add a sub store to your brands’ app as per your need right through your brands’ app.
  • Click on “Account”—-> “Sub Store” to add, update, or delete any as per your convenience.
  • Here you can view, update, or delete any sub store completely hassle-free.

 

Add Sub Store
  • Click on the “Account” ——> “Sub Store” —-> “+” icon on the bottom right corner of the screen to add the sub store.
  • Here you can switch between the “On” and “Off” option for the “Approved”.
  • Enter the name, email, phone, and password you want to set for the sub store.
  • Now check mark the “Screen Access” that you want to offer to the sub store you are creating.
  • After entering all the details and deciding the sub-admins screen access, click on the “Save” button.
  • Once you tap on the “Save” button, the sub-admin will be created, and you can view the sub-admins deltials right away.

 

View & Update Sub Store
  • Click on “Account” —-> “Sub Store”
  • You can view the list of approved as well as disapproved sub stores
  • You can see the “Green” symbol in front of the approved sub store, while you can notice the “Red” symbol in front of the disapproved sub store.
  • You can even update “Screen Access” of the sub store as per your convenience. Select or deselect the access from the available list.
  • Now simply tap on the “Save” button to save all the changes made right away.

 

Create Order
  • Click on “Account” —–> “Create Order”
  • Here you can select the item that you want to order.
  • You are allowed to filter the items to find the needed product instantly.
  • Click on three dots available on the top right corner of the screen to filter the product list.
  • Select the number of items you want to view on your brands’ screen and make an instance selection from it.
  • Click on an item that you want to order.
  • Here you can view the item name, description, and add extra things by choosing it from the options available.
  • You can increase the item quantity by merely clicking on the “+” icon, whereas you can also decrease the same by only tapping on the “-” option.
  • You can check the total amount on the bottom right corner of the screen, now click on the “Add” option, which you can see on the left corner of your brands’ app.
  • Once you click on the “Add” button, a pop up message of “added item to cart successfully” will pop up on your screen.
  • Now click on the “Go to Cart” option; once you click on the button, you can view cart details along with the “Remove All” and “Remove” option.
  • When you click on the “Remove All” option, all items will be deleted from the cart, but when you click on the “Remove” option, then the particular product will be removed from your cart.
  • Now tap on the “Checkout” button to complete the create order process.
  • Here you can choose whether the customer will pick up the delivery or the order needs to be delivered to the customer’s doorsteps by merely selecting the checkbox.
  • Enter all other details such as “First Name,” “Last Name,” “Email,” “Mobile No,” Delivery Note, and Delivery Address in case the order has to be delivered to the customers’ location.
  • You can enter the address manually or can set it using Google Maps.
  • Once completing all the details, click on the “Invoice” option to proceed further. Here you can check the invoice details thoroughly.
  • Click on “Place Order” if you agree with all the details. Once you click on the button, the message will show “order created successfully.”

 

Instance Order
  • Click on “Account” —–> “Instant Order”
  • Here you need to enter multiple details like “Enter Price,” “Delivery Address,” “First Name,” “Last Name,” “Email,” “Mobile No,” and “Delivery Note.”
  • Once after filling up all the details, click on the “Invoice” option to place the order instantly. Click on the “Ok” or “Cancel” button.
  • If you tap on the “Ok” button, then you can check complete invoice details right away. Click on the “Place Order” option to place the order successfully.

 

Review
  • Click on “Account”—> Review to view complete reviews provided by the users.
  • Here you can check the ratings of users along with their comments, order number, and date.
  • You can have a graphical representation of rating, helping you to know what your customers think about your brands exactly.

 

Promo
  • Click on “Account” —-> “Promo”
  • Here you can promo for your brand.

 

Add Promo
  • Click on the “+” icon to add promo for your brand
  • Add “Promo Code Type” by simply clicking on the “+” icon.
  • Now enter other promo codes and select promo code type from the available option such as “Percentage” or “Absolute.”
  • After choosing the option, enter other information such as “Discount” and “Detail.”
  • Now switch between “On” and “Off” option for various options such as “Active Promo,” “Promo Have Date,” “Promo Apply on Minimum Amount,” “Promo Max Discount,” “Promo Required Usage,” “Promo Apply on Item Count,” and “Promo Apply on Completed Order.”
  • If you switch to the “On” option for the “promo has date” option, you need to choose the Promo recursion type as well.
  • You need to do a selection for “Daily,” “Weekly,” “Monthly,” and “Annually” option available.
  • If you go with the “Daily” option, then you have to set “Start Date,” “Expire Date,” “Promo Start Time,” “Promo End Time.” But if you choose for weekly promo, you also need to select days on which you want to offer promo. For example: if you’re going to provide a promo for “Monday” and “Friday,” then choose it from the available option and click on the “Ok” button.
  • And if you choose a monthly option, you also need to select the week you want to provide the promo. For example, if you’re going to offer a promo on the third week of the month, tick mark it and click on the “Ok” button.
  • Whereas if you go for “Annually” selection for applying the promo, then you need to select month, weeks, and days on which you would like to offer the promo. For example, you can choose “January” as a month “First” for the week and “Sunday” as a day to offer promo to shoppers.
  • You can switch to the “On” option for “Promo Apply for minimum Amount” to set a minimum amount for the promo. Enter the amount above which you want to offer Promo to shoppers.
  • Now switch between the “On” or “Off” option for “Promo Max Discount” if you want to set a max discount on the particular amount, then enter the amount after switching to the “On” option.
  • Also, set “Promo Required Usage” as per your choice, switch between “On” or “Off” mode, and enter how many times users can make use of the promo. For example: if you want to allow users to use the promo 3 times, you need to enter 3 in the usage field.
  • Now set “Promo apply on item count”, switch to the “On” option to set the count as per your convenience.
  • Now switch between the “On” and “Off” option for “Promo Apply on Completed Order” here, enter the count of completed orders on which you want to apply promo.
  • Also, don’t forget to choose for whom you are creating the Promo; you can make selections from “Store,” “Product,” or “Items.”
  • Tap on the “Save” button to finish up the setting process. Once you click on the “Save” option, you can view the promo you have created.

 

Update Promo Details
  • Once after creating the promo, you can make changes to it as per your convenience.
  • Click on the promo which you have created to make changes to it right away without any hassle.
  • You can change various details that you have added while creating the promo for your brand.

 

User
  • Click on “Account”—> “Users”
  • Here you can view complete details of “Approved” and “Unapproved” users as per your convenience.
  • Click on “Approved” users to view their details along with the contact details. But if you want to view unapproved users’ details, tap on the Unapproved user’s option.
  • Once you tap on the “Unapproved” option, you can easily view all the details about them along with their contact number.

 

Delivery Boy
  • Click on “Account”—-> Delivery Boy
  • Here you can view delivery boy details along with “Approved,” “Unapproved,” and “Online” drivers.
  • You can even “Add” any delivery boys to your brands’ app right through the platform itself.

 

Approved Delivery Boy
  • Click on “Account” —-> “Delivery Boy —-> Approved
  • Here you can view the complete detail of the approved delivery boy
  • Click on the delivery boy name to view their exclusive data
  • Here you can check the delivery boy’s name, email, phone. If you want to add vehicle details, then click on the “Add Vehicle” option to add a vehicle.
  • Now enter “Name”, “Model”, “Plate Number”, and “Color”. Also, make sure to choose “Year” and “Vehicle Type” accordingly.
  • Click on the “Add” button to save changes made, click on the “Cancel” button to discard all changes made.

 

Unapproved Delivery Boy
  • Click on “Account” —-> “Delivery Boy” —-> Unapproved
  • Here you can explore a complete list of the unapproved delivery boy along with their name and contact details as well.
  • Click on a particular delivery boy’s name to make changes to their details such as “Name,” “Email,” and “Phone.” Also, choose “Add Vehicle” and select vehicle type from the available option.
  • Click on the “Add Vehicle” option to add vehicle details such as “Name,” “Model,” “Plate Number,” and “Color.” Also, make sure to select “Year” and “Vehicle type” to make the selection smartly.
  • Once after adding every detail, successfully click on the “Add” option. But if you want to discard change, then click on the “Cancel” option.

 

Online
  • Click on “Account” —-> “Delivery Boy” —-> Online
  • Here you can check the complete information of Online delivery boys who are ready to offer their delivery service.
  • You can check their details by simply tapping on their data; here, you can check the details such as “Name,” “Email,” and “Phone.”
  • If you want to add vehicle details, then click on the “Add Vehicle” option. Now enter details like “name”, “Model”, “Plate Number”, and “Color”. Also, make sure to choose “Year” and “Vehicle Type” from the available list.
  • You can also check previously added vehicle details such as “name,” “Vehicle Type,” “Colour,” “Plate Number,” “Year,” and “Model.”

 

Add Delivery Boy
  • You can add a delivery boy to your brand app.
  • Click on “Account” —–> “Delivery Boy”
  • Now click on the “Add Delivery Boy” option available on the top right corner of your screen.
  • Here you need to enter all the essential details such as “Name,” “Email,” “Phone,” and “Password.”
  • Now click on the “Add” button to all the changes made. But if you want to discard changes, then click on the “Cancel” button.

 

Notifications
  • Click on “Account” —–> “Notifications
  • Here you can explore a complete list of “Order Notification” and “Mass Notification” on your brand’s app.

 

Order Notification
  • If you want to check “Order Notification,” then tap on the option
  • Here you can check the previously added and recent order notification.

 

Mass Notification
  • Click on “Account”—-> “Notification” —-> “Mass Notification”
  • Here you can see complete mass notifications you have sent using your brand’s app.
  • You can view complete details such as previous mass notifications and other information right away on your brands’ app.

 

Help
  • If you have any doubts and issues related to app usage and want to get your queries solved, you can use the “Help” option.
  • Click on “Account” —–> “Help”
  • You get two options here; you can use the “Email” or “Call Now” option to get your queries solved as soon as possible.
  • You can also check “Terms & Conditions” and “Privacy Policy” Here

 

logout
  • If you feel that there is no further use of your band’s app, you can simply quit it.
  • Click on “Account” —-> “Logout”
  • Once you tap on the “Logout” option, you will be asked, “Are you sure you want to logout?”
  • If you don’t want to leave your brands’ app, click on the “No” option, but if you’re going to quit, click on the “Yes” option.
  • Once you click on the “Yes” option, you will be directed to the main screen.
