Orders

 

ASAP
  • Click on the “Order” option available on the top-down menu.
  • If you want to check the details of ASAP (As Soon As Possible) orders, you can check it right from the store app.
  • You can view details like the order number, user address, invoice, and mode of payment.
  • You can even edit the order details right from your brands app.
  • Click on the “Edit” option to update the existing order.
  • Click on “Add Item” if you want to add extra items to an existing order of particular users.
  • If you want to filter the items to view the one you need, click on three dots available on the top right corner of the store app.
  • Make the selection of the item you want to view while let the rest remain unchecked.
  • Click on the product or item you want to add to order.
  • Write the description related to it and choose the quality as well.
  • If you want to add the quantity, click on the “+” option, while to decrease the amount, click on the “-” option.
  • Once after making the selection successfully and checking the amount, click on the “Add” option.
  • You can call or chat with the users right away using the store app.
  • Click on the “Call” option to talk with the users, else click on the chat option visible on the top right corner of the app.
  • If you want to check the invoice details, click on the “View Invoice” option.
  • Once you click on the “View Invoice” option, you can easily view the payment details and other earning details.
  • Click on the “Ok” button if you’re ok with the invoice details.

 

Accept & Reject Order
  • When users place the order, it’s in the waiting stage.
  • If you want to accept the order, click on the “Accept” order option; else, click on the “Reject” option.
  • If you click on the “Accept” option, then the order moves to further stages.
  • But if you click on the “Reject” option, you need to select the valid reason for the rejection.
  • You can choose from options such as “order item is out of stock,” “Delivery address is not reachable,” or “other.”
  • If you choose the “other” option, then you have to enter the cancellation reason manually.
  • Once after choosing the appropriate reason for cancellation, click on the “Ok” button, else click on the “Cancel” button to discard changes made.
  • Once you tap on the “Ok” button, the meal delivery request will be canceled, and users will be notified about the same.

 

Preparing Order & Assign Delivery
  • Once you accept the order by tapping on the “Accept” button, you can view the next option that is “Start Preparing Order.
  • Click on the “Start Preparing Option,” once you tap on the option, you need to enter an estimated time (in a minute). This time will be visible for delivery providers.
  • Once you “enter the estimated time” for the order, you can choose whether you want to assign the deliveryman automatically or want to go with a manual assignment.
  • Choose between the “Assign Automatically” or “Assign Manual” option. If you choose the “Assign Automatically” option, then the driver will be assigned automatically. But if you select the “Assign Manual” option, you can search for the delivery provider and assign the delivery task manually.
  • Once you choose to go for the “Assign Manual” option, you can search for a delivery man.
  • Once you find the delivery man to whom you want to assign the order, click on the checkbox and click on the “Ok” button.
  • If you want to discard the selection made, then click on the “cancel” option.

 

Order Ready & Complete Delivery
  • Once you choose the option of “Start preparing” and assigning the delivery task to the delivery provider. The next step which you need to determine is “Order Ready.”
  • You can tap on the “Order Ready” option once the order is ready for delivery to the user’s location.
  • Once you click on the “Order Ready” option, you can view the “Completed Order” option.
  • Click on “Completed Order” to finish the delivery process successfully.

 

Schedule
  • You can view the schedule order details right through the store app.
  • You can explore complete order details along with the order number, date, and time for which the order has been scheduled, invoice details, and mode of payment.
  • Even you can edit the order at your convenience.
  • You can “Edit” option to update the order, click on “Add Item” to add items to the existing list. You can filter items with a simple click on three dots available in the top right corner. You can even search for the items by entering it into the “Search” option to make an instant selection. After choosing the right option, click on the “Apply” option.
  • Choose the item you want to add, increase the quantity by choosing the “+” option, whereas you can decrease the quantity by selecting the “-” option.
  • Click on the “Add” option to complete the process successfully.
