Settings
  • If you want to make changes to the store board, then you can make it directly using the “Setting” option available on the menu bar.
  • You can make “Store Settings”, “Delivery Settings”, “Store Time Settings”, “Email Settings”, “SMS Settings”, “Google Key”, Payment Gateway”, “User Website Settings”, and “Payments”.

 

Making Store Settings
  • Click on “Settings”—> “Store Settings” to make all the essential changes you want to make to your site.
  • Once you click on “Store Settings”, you can make various changes like “Store settings”, “Order cancellation settings”, “Order settings”, “Language”, and “Free delivery settings”.

 

Store Settings

  • Click on the “Edit” button available on the top right corner near the store settings option.
  • Once you click on the “Edit” option, you can make all the essential changes as per your brand’s requirement.
  • Switch between the “On” or “Off” button for pickup delivery. You can choose to switch to the “On” option if you want to provide pickup delivery option to your customer, else if you don’t want to allow customers with pickup option from your store then you can switch to the “Off” option
  • Set Min. & Max. Delivery Time which will be visible to users. Also, enter the price rating as per your choice.
  • Click on the “Submit” button to save changes you made.

 

Order Settings
  • Click on the “Edit” option to make “Order Setting” right away.
  • Switch between the “On” and “Off” button to apply Item individual tax. Switch to the “On” button if you want to apply individual tax, but if you don’t want to apply the tax to an individual item, then switch to the “Off” button.
  • If you switch to the “Off” button, then you can enter the Tax percentage to apply on order.
  • Set “Minimum Order Price” as per the requirement of your brand.
  • Tap on the “Submit” button to save all the essential changes made

 

Free Delivery Settings
  • Tap on the “Edit” option to make essential changes speedily related to free delivery.
  • Switch between the “On” or “Off” option to decide the delivery fees for users. If you switch to the “On” option, then the user doesn’t have to pay the delivery fees, but if you switch to the “Off” option, then users have to pay the delivery charges.
  • Set the order price for free delivery. Also, set the radius to let users know the free delivery area right through the store console.
  • Click on the “Submit” button to save changes for free delivery.

 

Order Cancellation Settings
  • Click on the “Edit” option to set the cancellation charges for the ordered item.
  • Switch between the “On” or ” “Off” button. If you switch to the “On” option, then you apply the cancellation charge on orders placed, but if you switch to the “Off” button, then users don’t have to pay any cancellation charge.
  • Set cancellation charge % which users have to pay on order cancellation.. Also, choose above what price order users have to pay the cancellation charges.
  • Click on the “Submit” button to save changes made.

 

Language
  • You can set the language of your choice for your brands’ console.
  • Click on the “Edit” option to make the language change settings right away.
  • You can choose between different languages such as “English”, “Hindi”, “Spanish”, and “Arabic”.
  • After making all the selection, click on the “Submit” button.

 

Delivery Settings

  • Click on “Settings”—-> Delivery Settings
  • Here you can make changes to “Delivery Details” and “Delivery Fees.”

 

Delivery Details Settings

Here you can make the needed change to Delivery Slot and Delivery Address Area.

 

Delivery Slot Settings
  • You can set Delivery Slot Settings as per your brands need
  • Click on the “Edit” option to make essential changes to the delivery slot right away from the platform itself.
  • Once you click on the “Edit” option, you can set “Slot Time Settings.”
  • Click on the “Add New Slot” button, Set open and close time and click on “Save New Slot” and save the changes.
  • After adding a slot for a different week, click on the “Update” button to save all the changes made.
  • If you want to remove any slot, then you are allowed to delete it using the “Delete Slots” button.

 

Delivery Address Area
  • You can decide to provide delivery in a particular area or anywhere by switching to the “On” or “Off” button.
  • Use the map to finalize the range where you want to provide your delivery service.

 

Delivery Fees
  • You can add and update delivery fees details as per your convenience.
  • Click on the “Add New” button to set the delivery fees.
  • Enter details like a vehicle, delivery price mode, Base Price Distance, Base Price, Price Per Unit Distance, Price Per Unit Time, and VAT/TAX.
  • You can even set New Radius Price by entering price and miles for the delivery. Also, switch between “On” and “Off” options for business.
  • After making all the changes hit on the Update button to save all the changes made.

 

Store Time Settings

  • You can set your brands opening and closing time right through your brand’s console. You can save store open and close time for regular days as well as for festivals.
  • You can also make changes to the slot by simple clicking on “Add New Slot”. Once after completing all the changes, click on the Update button.
  • If you want to delete any of the slots, check the checkbox of the slot and click on the “Delete Slot” option.
  • You can even set shop open and close time for special occasions and festivals and make essential changes to it as per your requirement by simply clicking on the “Edit” option.

 

Email Settings
  • Click on “Settings”—> Email settings
  • Here you can connect Email or Outlook with your store panel to send essential mail to the customers.
  • Click on the “Connect” button visible on the top right corner of the store panel.
  • Also, enter details like Email, Password, Port, Host, and Privacy policy. After filling up all the details, tap on the “Save” option.
  • Now choose to Edit Email. Choose whether you want to send a selected email or not by switching between the “On” and “Off” option accordingly.
  • Select Email for various type as per your need
  • Enter your message in the blank area that you want to send it to your customers. You can make all the needed changes to the text using different formats.
  • After completing all the tasks, click on the “Save” button.

 

SMS Settings
  • Click on “Settings”—> “SMS Settings”
  • Here click on the “connect” option, enter all the Twilio details such as Auth ID, Auth Token, and Number.
  • After filling up all the details, tap on the “Save” button. Switch between the “On” or “Off” button to send selected SMS and select whom you want to send the SMS from the chosen field.
  • Type your SMS and click on the “Save” option to save all the changes made.

 

Google Key Settings
  • Click on “Settings”—-> Google Key
  • You can add or edit the Google key representing your brand.
  • Enter various details such as Places API, Distance Matrix API, and Geocoding API easily as per their brands’ needs.
  • After making all the changes, they can click on the “Update” button to save all the changes made.

 

Payment Gateway Settings
  • Click on settings—> Payment Gateways
  • Here you can view all the payment gateways including cash, Stripe, Paypal, and Braintree along with the “edit” option.
  • Click on the “Edit” option to make essential changes to the public and private key. Once after completing all the necessary changes, click the “Update” option available on the bottom side of the screen.
  • You can swipe between the “On” or “Off” option for allowing users to pay for the orders. For example, if you want to enable users to stripe or the cash option, you can allow them by switching to the “On” button, but if you don’t want to allow users to make payment through the “Stripe” payment gateway, then you can switch to the “Off” button.

 

Users Website Settings

  • Click on “Settings”—-> User Website Settings
  • Here you can make all needed changes like “Domain Name”, “Contact Details”, “Favicon”, “Logo”, “Profile”, “Banner Image”, “About Us”, “Social url”, “SEO Tags”, “App url”, and “Script”.

 

Edit Or Update Domain Name
  • You can change the domain name, click on the “Edit” option to change the “Domain Details.”
  • Choose where you want to run your website from the drop-down.
  • Enter the new Domain Name and subdomain name for your brand.
  • After finishing up with all the settings, click on the “Submit” option.

 

Contact Details
  • You can change your brand’s contact details right away from the store board.
  • Click on the “Edit” option to change contact details such as Email and phone number.
  • After making all the changes as per your need click on the “Update” button to update your brands’ contact details.

 

Favicon, Logo, And Profile Change
  • You can change the favicon, logo, and profile of your brand as per your need.
  • Click on the “Change” option to make an essential change.
  • Now browse for the image of your choice to set as your brands’ Favicon, Logo, and Profile image.
  • Click on the “Update” option to save the changes made.

Change Banner Image
  • Click on the “Change” button available in the banner image section to change the banner.
  • Once after clicking to “change option”, you can browse for the image of your choice to set as the banner image for your brand.
  • Click on the “Update” button to save the changes made.

 

About Us
  • You can describe your brand effectively in the “About Us” section.
  • Enter or update about us section by simply clicking on the “Change” button available on the top right corner of the section.
  • Once you click on the “Edit” option, you can write a description of your brand.
  • Write engaging content and click on the “Update” option to save the changes.

 

Social Url
  • Connect your brands’ social platform with your brands’ website using Social URL setting.
  • Click on the “Change” button to connect your “Youtube”, “Facebook”, “Twitter”, “Instagram”, and “Linkedin” account.
  • After entering the social URL of your brands, click on the “Submit” button.

 

SEO Tags
  • If you want to increase your brand’s traffic, then “SEO Tag” can help you with it.
  • You can set various titles using it, ensuring to enhance your brand’s visibility in the search engine.
  • Make all the essential changes you consider vital for marketing your brand.
  • After making all the changes click on the “update” button to save all the changes made.

 

Set Your Brand’s App URL
  • You can connect your apps’ URL with your brands’ platform.
  • Click on the “change” option to enter Google Play Store and Apple app store app link to your brand website.
  • After filling up the URL, click on “Update” option to save the needed changes, but if you want to discard the changes, then click on the “Cancel” option.

 

Script Change
  • You can add the dynamic script to your brand’s website.
  • Hit on the “Add New” option to add a script like “Chat script” or “Analytic script” to run on your brand’s website.
  • Once after entering the script, click on the “update” option to save all the changes made.

 

Payment Settings
  • Click on “Settings”—> Payments
  • You can view and edit the details easily without any hassle.
  • You can view details such as your brand name, email address, phone number, and address.
  • You can view and change your package type directly from your brands’ console. Click on the “Change” option to change your subscription plan.
  • You can choose from basic, advance, enterprise, or free plans. Once after selecting the right plan, click on the “change plan” option, else click on the “Back” option.
  • You can add card details or can delete any of the details if you don’t want to use the same.
